At Beard Fitness, we’re more than just a gym; we’re a community of health advocates who are as committed to your fitness journey as you are. Founded by Chaz Perez, Beard Fitness was born out of a journey of personal transformation and a passion for empowering others to achieve their health and fitness goals.

After leaving the military and facing the challenges of civilian life, Chaz found himself overweight and struggling with his physical and mental health. A good friend of his extended a helping hand, inviting Chaz to join him for a workout. That experience sparked a newfound sense of support and empowerment ¾ one that he wanted to share with others.

From that point on, Chaz made it his mission to create a fitness community where people could feel that same sense of support and empowerment that he felt on that day. And the result was Beard Fitness.
