Leaving the corporate grind behind, he embarked on his own health and wellness journey. It all started after meeting a yoga teacher who helped set him on the right path. Initially diving into yoga and mindfulness, Coach Scott later expanded his expertise to become an Elite Strength and Conditioning Coach, driven by a desire to help more people in more ways.

Coach Scott specializes in working with a variety of people, from young athletes to older adults, helping them achieve their fitness goals in a safe, effective way.
